QAbility did not start in a boardroom. It started in a quality department, with someone who had spent decades working around the software that was supposed to help.
The Problem
It started with the workarounds
Ask any quality professional about their QMS and you'll hear the same story. A document system here, a CAPA tracker there, spreadsheets filling the gaps between them. Approvals chased by email. Training records that don't match the current SOP. Audit prep that takes weeks, because the evidence lives in five places.
Our founder lived that story across multiple systems and companies, building Quality Management Systems from the ground up and preparing organizations for ISO 22716, ISO 9001. Each system solved one piece and made the rest harder. Most were built for the largest enterprises, then sold to everyone else, with the complexity and the price tag left in.
The Vision

An architect who understood the flow
A vision needs someone who can bring it to life. The challenges with the existing systems sparked a conversation with an entrepreneur who shared a vision of future QMS. With deep understanding of of technology, experience building business systems and forward thinking approach to AI, that vision became opportunity to create something meaningful.
